Delete your account

In the app (immediate)

Open Unbothered and tap Me (Settings).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm.

A daughter's family account is deleted by her parent: Me → Family → Delete her account (under her card), or by the parent deleting her own account.

Without the app

Email hello@unbothered.you from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Unbothered account". We delete it within 7 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

Your account: email, name, city and mobile number.
Everything you posted: posts, comments, photos, reactions and poll votes.
Reports you made, your blocks, and reports about you or your posts.
Daughters' family accounts you made, with their trips.
On the phone you delete from: your emergency contacts, PIN, diary, SOS recordings, routes and course progress.

Copies in our daily backups disappear within 14 days. Nothing is kept after that.
